Camp
Year 4-6 Students at Sheffield School are fortunate to experience time away on school camp each year. This is a wonderful opportunity for the children to establish some sound class and peer relationships. It is also a great way for all children to develop their collaborative and leadership skills.
Student's in Year 3 have a 'pre camp' towards the end of the their Junior year. This prepares students for Senior Camp by having a sleep over at school.
2023 - Year 3 Overnight Stay.
The 2023 Year 3 Overnight Stay was a successful hit! We went to Ferrymead Heritage park to take a step back in time. We stopped at the playground on the way home and got an icecream before we got our beds ready for the night!
2022 - Greymouth Camp. The 2022 Senior Camp was held in Greymouth. This was a wonderful adventurous camp for the Student's, Teacher's and Parents that were there.
2022 Year 3 Overnight Stay
The 2022 Year 3 Overnight Stay started bright and early to get to Willowbank. The students spent half a day there before heading to The Christchurch Gymnastics School.
2021 - Wainui Camp. The 2021 Senior Camp was held at The YMCA Wainui Park. This was a wonderful adventerous camp for the Student's, Teacher's and Parents that were there. Thank you to the wonderful staff at YMCA Wainui Park.

The 2021 Year 3 Overnight Stay started bright and early to get to Ferrymead Heritage Park by 10am. They spent half a day there before heading to mini golf and back to school.
